| The Neighborhood In our opinion this is without a doubt the very best place to live in all of Lafayette. Besides being exceptionally scenic, it is also very safe. In our 8 years here, there has never been a break-in or crime of any kind. Moms and Dads stroll their babies down our street without any worries. There is barely any traffic, and the loudest sound seems to be the songs of the Cicada locusts bellowing out their Southern Louisiaina serenade. Our quiet dead end street is the embodiment of tranquilty and beauty. The homes are exceptionally lovely and the landscaping is stunning. The natural wooded surroundings and spaciousness between our homes set us apart from the ordinary subdivision. Awalk or jog down our street is always a pleasure. It is the perfect place to unwind, while taking in the ambience of resplendent surroundings. |

| Discovering a picturesque Lafayette Southside home nestled in wooded serenity on a dead-end street is exceptional. Experiencing quiet country-like living, yet within walking distance to restaurants and shopping is remarkable. Having convenient red light access that minimizes morning traffic frustration is an uncommon blessing. The opportunity to buy a home in this wonderful secluded neighborhood is unmistakably rare. 421 West Farrel Road “The home is spectacular. The location . . Priceless!” |
